The City Council met in a special session on the 1st day of
September, 2009 at 6:00 PM at the Walnut Grove City Office
Building.
Present: Greg Hansen, Todd Harrington, Xiong Yang, Leonard
McLaughlin and Jeff Harnack.
Also present: Tom Hansen
Mayor Hansen presided at the meeting
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the 2010 Budget,
approve any Land Use Applications, and to continue miscellaneous
discussion from regular meeting.
A letter approving the removal of the sidewalk at the Dukek
residence will be sent.
Motion by Leonard McLaughlin, second by Todd Harrington to
approve the Land Use Permits for 220 Bedal Street and 381 5th
Street. All voted in favor, motion carried.
Motion by Todd Harrington, second by Jeff Harnack to approve the
purchase of a single axle trailer from Renville Sales in the
amount of $2060.93. All voted in favor, motion carried.
Motion to Adjourn by Todd Harrington, second by Leonard
McLaughlin. All voted in favor, motion carried.
